We have found that on double storey residential projects that having the job fully scaffolded gives peace of mind for the Builder in that they know that their Tradesmen are safe whilst working on the job. We have found this method to be more cost effective also.
We recommend that you invest in safe work practices and ensure that your sub-contractors and workplace personnel have adequate access via an efficient means of scaffolding. Scaffolding is mandatory if building over 2.4m for residential housing and 2.0m for other construction.
